Upright growing habit

Salanova® Pascal RZ is a dark green butter multileaf lettuce with nice glossy leaves. Pascal RZ is a member of the Salanova family; with just one cut at the base, the lettuce separates into numerous tasty, ready-to-eat, evenly proportioned leaves, which is an advantage for consumers, chefs and the fresh-cut industry alike. The plants have an upright growing habit and are strong against haloing of the leaf edge in winter conditions. This variety is suitable for mechanical harvesting and is easy to process. Pascal RZ is recommended for outdoor production and also performs well in hydroponic systems and plant factories.
