Salanova® Cousteau RZ is a green oak multileaf lettuce. It is a member of the Salanova family; with just one cut at the base, the lettuce separates into numerous tasty, ready-to-eat, evenly proportioned baby-size leaves, which is an advantage for consumers, chefs and the fresh-cut industry alike. Cousteau RZ has nice shiny, dark green leaves with a 3D oakleaf shape for good volume in bagged salads. The crop is strong against tipburn. Cousteau RZ is recommended for indoor or outdoor cultivation, hydroponics and plant factories.
